PHOENIX — A man has died after Phoenix firefighters found him unconscious in a swimming pool on Wednesday.
At about 2 p.m. on June 3, the Phoenix Fire Department was dispatched to the area of 7th and Northern avenues for reports of a drowning. Upon arrival to the scene, firefighters found a man in a backyard pool. He was unconscious and not breathing.
Firefighters began performing resuscitation efforts after pulling the man out of the water. The man was considered “beyond resuscitative” measures and died at the scene, the fire department said…
