GILBERT, Ariz. — The mother of a teen was arrested and the teen was cited after the teen was hit by a car while riding an e-bike. The driver was also cited in the incident.
Crews were called to the area of the Lindsay Trail Crossing near Freestone Park around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a crash, according to Gilbert police.
