Two men accused of killing of Zariah Finley Dodd, the pregnant 16-year-old whose body was discovered in a west Phoenix park in July 2025, pointed fingers accusing the other of being the reason behind her murder, according to a Phoenix police report obtained by The Arizona Republic.
A man was walking his dog between 5 and 5:15 a.m. on July 5, 2025, at Marivue Park near 55th Avenue and Osborn Road where he found what investigators would later identify as Zariah’s body lying on the ground. When she didn’t respond to him calling out to her, he dialed 911 and reported the body.
When the 911 operator asked him to check if she had any signs of trauma, he noticed what appeared to be a bullet hole on the back of her head…
