Hudson House is making its Arizona debut with two new locations planned for Greater Phoenix in 2027, marking the latest expansion from hospitality development company Vandelay Companies. The East Coast-inspired restaurant concept will open at PV in Phoenix and Heritage Park in Gilbert, further growing the company’s presence in Arizona as it prepares to launch Drake’s Hollywood in Scottsdale later this year.
The announcement represents a significant step for Vandelay Companies, which has built a reputation for creating dining destinations rooted in timeless design, hospitality, and distinctive culinary experiences. With the addition of Hudson House, the company will introduce a concept known for blending the atmosphere of a classic New York neighborhood restaurant with a menu centered on coastal flavors and approachable American favorites.
The first Hudson House location will be part of PV, the $2-billion mixed-use development by RED Development. A second location is slated to open at Heritage Park, a mixed-use project in Gilbert’s historic Heritage District.
