A woman and her newborn baby both died after a car crash in Arizona over Father’s Day weekend.

The woman, identified as 19-year-old Leila Potts, who was pregnant at the time, was riding in a car in Phoenix around 11:30 p.m. local time on Saturday, June 20, when their vehicle reportedly ran a red light and collided with another car, AZFamily and local NBC affiliate KPNX reported.

When officers from the Phoenix Police Department arrived to the scene near Loop 101 and 19th Avenue, they found Potts in critical condition, according to KPNX…
