Public tips generated by a newly implemented emergency notification system are being credited with the safe recovery of a missing 13-year-old girl and the arrest of a stranger with a criminal record.
Skyler Conville, who had been missing since June 19, 2026, was located unharmed in Gila County on Wednesday morning following an intensive multi-agency operation.
