A Tempe, Arizona, privacy case has become a homeowner security warning after police said a man entered backyards and watched or recorded women inside their homes.

Michael Dibenedetto, 51, was arrested Sunday and charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of voyeurism, according to AZFamily.
