Inside the Melrose District market where local vendors keep 100% of sales

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Static Hall is Arizona’s first commission-free collaborative shop, created to bring the thrill of a local market into a permanent, year-round space.

Founded out of a love for the “treasure-hunt” energy of pop-up markets, Static Hall was built to solve a growing problem: small businesses pour time and money into one-day events that may or may not connect them with the right customers.

Inside the shop at 4519 N 7th Avenue, shoppers can browse a rotating mix of local makers and merchants. Static Hall hosts 33 local vendors providing everything from locally made pasta, Arizona landscape paintings, mandala bookmarks, junk chains, bedazzled lighter cases, vintage movie posters and records, and tons of vintage and upcycled clothing…
