MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — A Mesa tech startup previously featured for its child-focused smartphone is now trying to steady itself after its former CEO became the subject of a federal investigation.
Cyber Dive, the company behind the Aqua One phone, confirmed it is dealing with a financial crisis tied to allegations outlined in a federal court filing. The FBI is investigating former CEO Jeffrey Gottfurcht in connection with two counts of wire fraud, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court in Arizona in June.
