Family of Mesa woman killed warns others of signs of domestic violence

MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — The family of a Mesa woman who was killed allegedly by her boyfriend is urging others to know the signs of domestic violence.

Cierra Tellez, 36, was found dead in the Mesa apartment she shared with Kyle Collins, 37, who has been charged with her murder.

“If you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship, do all you can to get help or help get them out of the relationship, and keep them from going back,” the family said in a statement. “Abusers are often con artists and will coerce their victims into returning and returning and returning.”
