Scottsdale-based Camelot Homes is ready to open its newest Valley community, where prices will start at $1.6 million.
The eight homes in the Viridian luxury community in north central Phoenix will range between 2,713 and 3,003 square feet.
Designed in partnership with Woodley Architecture, the two-story homes feature a contemporary take on midcentury modern architecture, including butterfly roofs, stacked brick exteriors and 12-foot sliders creating indoor-outdoor flow.
