PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A line of storms developed Sunday night, prompting a severe thunderstorm warning from the National Weather Service for much of the Valley.
A flash flood warning was also issued for areas of Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye until 1 a.m.

Power outages
As of 10:30 p.m., about 52,000 Salt River Project and Arizona Public Service customers are without power, mostly in the West Valley.
Damage reports
A large pole was seen downed near 7th Street and Dunlap Avenue.
A tree fell on a power line at 51st Avenue and Thomas Road…
