One of the three defendants in the Mercedes Vega murder case wants to have a separate trial and his release conditions drastically changed.
Court documents obtained by the ABC15 Investigators show prosecutors are asking the judge to deny Jared Gray’s requests.
Cudjoe Young, Sencere Hayes, and Gray are all currently charged with Vega’s brutal murder.
