There is no apparent shortage of vacant industrial space around Mesa Gateway Airport but for some businesses, finding the right amount of it may be another matter.
Within 5 miles of two industrial developments near Gateway, about 5.8 million square feet of industrial space is vacant, according to Scottsdale-based developer Cavan Commercial.
