Paradise Valley Police Department Officer James Gibson has retired after a 35 years in law enforcement, with 25 of those years dedicated to the Town of Paradise Valley.
Before joining the PVPD force, Gibson served honorably for nearly a decade at the Granite City Police Department in Illinois, according to the Town Manager’s Weekly Update. Throughout his tenure, Gibson exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, earning the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and the community he served.
To commemorate his service, the town organized a celebratory luncheon where community members gathered to express their gratitude and share fond memories of their interactions with Gibson. His dedication to the well-being of the town and his unwavering commitment to duty left an indelible mark on Paradise Valley, the weekly newsletter stated.
