Starting Tuesday, dry and mild conditions will settle in, with temperatures expected to hover 5 to 10 degrees below normal throughout the week. Some areas may see gusty winds, particularly in western Imperial County, where wind advisories are in place for Monday evening. Cooler morning lows, possibly reaching the upper 50s in Phoenix suburbs, are expected by midweek.
