After Forced Closed By Surging Rent, Local Restaurant Returns to Phoenix

It’s hard to keep a good restaurant owner down. Even when they are down on their luck, eventually they will turn it around and return, bigger and better than ever. That is exactly what has happened to a local Phoenix restaurant, which was forced to close just about this time last year. For fans of locally owned and operated eateries, this is good news and just goes to show a little perseverance can go a long way. 

Last October The Larder & The Delta announced on its social media platforms that it would be closing. The closure was due to the landlord hiking the rent and not being willing to work with the restaurant owners on a compromise. Followers of the restaurant responded to the post, as over 800 people liked the postThe restaurant was best known for using fresh ingredients all locally sourced from farmers in the area. In the announcement, the owners did indicate they were looking for another location. While it has taken a while to materialize, the new location is finally open and fans of The Larder & The Delter can finally return and enjoy all of their favorites.
