PHOENIX — Family has now named a man who spent months at a Valley hospital, unidentified, after photos were released to the public.
They identified him as Fernando Hernandez Martinez, 20. Since January, he has been recovering at a Phoenix hospital without any loved ones by his side. That’s now changed.
