Electrical workers for an Arizona utility company are being praised for their heroics after saving a toddler who nearly ran into heavy traffic.

The toddler escaped from their parent in downtown Phoenix, and began running toward the intersection at Lincoln Street and Grant Street, according to CBS affiliate KTVK.
