PHOENIX — Over 200 flights have been delayed, canceled, or diverted at Phoenix Sky Harbor on Thursday afternoon, according to the airport.
The Sky Harbor airport page says that “weather and other conditions in other parts of the nation may affect flights in Phoenix,” and the FAA’s Air Traffic Control System Command Center issued a statement saying:
“Due to STAFFING / STAFFING, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix, AZ (PHX). This is causing some arriving flights to be delayed an average of 1 hour.”…
