PHOENIX — The windy weather has brought more than smoggy skies to the Valley.
According to the FAA, a ground stop for departures at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport has been lifted. The ground stop started around 8 a.m. Sunday and was reportedly due to weather and low visibility in the area.
Services are now returning to normal…
