SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — A Scottsdale school was placed under lockdown Tuesday as police investigated reports of a possible weapon on campus.
Numerous officers were dispatched to Copper Ridge School, located near Thompson Peak Parkway and Windgate Pass Drive, to search the campus for any weapons.
No injuries have been reported, and police did not report finding any weapons or suspects following a complete search of the campus. The lockdown has since been lifted and the campus is now in “shelter in place.”…
