Driver doing ‘donuts’ arrested in Phoenix after troopers find drugs, weapons in the car, DPS says

PHOENIX — A traffic stop in Phoenix on April 14 has a driver facing serious charges after drugs and firearms were allegedly found in the car they were driving.

The Department of Public Safety said that troopers saw a white Dodge Charger doing “donuts” on Encanto Boulevard near 66th Avenue.
