PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A woman is behind bars after she used the same method to rob four banks in the Phoenix area two years ago, according to federal court documents obtained by Arizona’s Family Thursday.
The FBI said Vanessa Thompson has been charged in connection with two bank robberies in Phoenix, one in Tempe and one in Chandler.
The first happened on April 20, 2024, just after 11 a.m. at the Wells Fargo bank on Bell Road near 35th Avenue.
Thompson walked into the bank and gave the bank teller a note that said, “Give me all the money. No dye packs, no GPS tracker, No 1’s 3(sic) 5’s. This is a ROBBERY. We don’t want to hurt no one,” court documents said…
