PHOENIX — A Scottsdale intersection is shut down after a crash involving a pool service truck caused chemicals to spill onto the roadway, according to officials with the city’s fire department.
The crash happened just after 4 p.m. near Roosevelt Road and Hayden Street, officials said. Hazardous materials teams from Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe are on scene working to identify the substance and secure the leak, officials said.
