PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A third man is facing charges in connection with a shooting at a Phoenix strip mall that left one person dead and another seriously hurt earlier this year.
Phoenix police announced that David Zamora Flores, 27, was taken into custody this week. His two brothers, Ricky Zamora, 29, and Daniel Zamora, 20, were arrested earlier this year.
The shooting happened on Jan. 2, 2026, outside of a strip mall near 19th Avenue and Bell Road. Manuel Fonseca, 25, and another man were shot outside of a barber shop and rushed to the hospital, where Fonseca was pronounced dead.
