Judge to rule on controversial lottery ticket sold in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) β€” A judge is set to decide who gets to be a millionaire next week as a $12 million winning lottery ticket sits in limbo.

A lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court in February asked a judge to determine who is entitled to a $12.8 million Arizona Lottery prize after a winning ticket was sold at a Circle K on 56th Street and Bell Road.

According to the complaint filed by Circle K, a customer went to the store to purchase multiple tickets for β€œThe Pick,” a lottery game in which players match six numbers on their tickets to six numbers drawn…
