One year after a fatal crash at Scottsdale Airport, rock star Vince Neil’s Chromed in Hollywood insists the city is at fault.
At its May 5 meeting, Scottsdale City Council unanimously voted “to take all legal action necessary to defend and prosecute all claims … as it relates to Chromed in Hollywood, Inc. v. city of Scottsdale.”
While this might be the most prominent case, it is not the only one in this matter, as City Attorney Luis Santaella’s report to City Council notes “several of the parties involved have filed lawsuits against the city.”…
