A man has been arrested and charged after he allegedly stabbed his own mother while she was sleeping in their Arizona home.
On Friday, May 15, Chandler police responded to reports of a stabbing at a residence near Elliot and Alma School roads in the East Valley at approximately 4:30 a.m. local time, per 12 News and AZFamily. Upon arrival, they discovered that a woman had been seriously injured and rushed her to a nearby hospital.
