PHOENIX – A family of four in a car with a family friend was hit by another car near Carefree Highway and 12th Street on May 16, and two family members are in critical condition.
They were saved by a father who pulled them out of a burning car while his daughter got it all on camera. They said they couldn’t just drive by and not help.
