With predictions of uncertainty looming over the Valley’s housing market for the near future, April housing sales in Ahwatukee were brisk, though the median sales price differed in two of the community’s three ZIP codes, according to Phoenix Realtors.
Data supplied by the Valley’s largest association of real estate professionals show year-over-year increases in closings of 20.6% last month in 85044 and 9.1% in 85048. No data for 85045 were available.
