Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Sunday for a missing 89-year-old man last seen in Phoenix.
Sebunyenyeri Munyangeri was last seen near the area of 43rd Avenue and Thomas Road around 1 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Munyangeri is 5-foot-6 and weighs 140 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, and speaks Rohingya. He was last seen wearing a brown cap, gray suit and black dress shoes, DPS said…
