Did a doctor at a Coral Gables plastic surgery center take too much fat from patients, give too much lidocaine to one and fail to examine another before surgery?
That’s what the Florida Department of Health says Dr. Christian Quintero did at Gentera Plastic Surgery, 550 Biltmore Way, in an administrative complaint filed in June. Administrative complaints start the discipline process that ends with exoneration or punitive action. He now has two such complaints pending.
