Hillstone closes Bal Harbour location
Hillstone has permanently closed its restaurant at Bal Harbour Shops in Bal Harbour, Florida, after 11 years in operation.
The restaurant shut down on August 10, 2026, with little advance notice to customers. The 6,400-square-foot restaurant had operated at 9700 Collins Ave. since opening at the luxury shopping center.
Hillstone was known for its upscale American menu, including steaks, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and its popular Hawaiian rib-eye. The restaurant had developed a loyal following among Bal Harbour shoppers, residents, and visitors.
