Woman’s trip to ER for hives leads to lifesaving brain aneurysm treatment

MIAMI — A trip to the emergency room for a persistent rash led to an unexpected diagnosis and potentially lifesaving treatment for a South Florida woman.

Martha Hernandez went to Baptist Health last year after a rash failed to go away. She also was experiencing high blood pressure and a migraine.
