Liberty City Shock: Man Found Bleeding In Car As Miami Detectives Hunt Stabber

A quiet Thursday night near Liberty City turned into a crime scene after Miami officers discovered a man stabbed and bleeding inside a parked car, triggering a fresh hunt for a still-unknown attacker.

Police said officers came across the wounded man shortly after 8:20 p.m. in the area of Northwest 25th Avenue and 57th Street. The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was found in the passenger seat of a white car and was not moving when first responders arrived. Authorities have not released his condition.

What police say

According to the Miami Police Department, officers were dispatched to the intersection of Northwest 25th Avenue and 57th Street just after 8:20 p.m., as reported by Local 10. Miami Fire Rescue rushed the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, which lists its address at 1611 N.W. 12th Avenue on its website.

Neighbor Donald Hutchinson Jr. told Local 10 he saw the man slumped in the passenger seat of a white car, bleeding and unresponsive. He said “the guy wasn’t moving for about 30, 40 minutes until the ambulance came.” Police have not shared any suspect description or possible motive as detectives work to piece together what happened.
