The FBI’s Tampa Field Office has launched an urgent investigation into the disappearance of Alejandro Jacomino Gonzalez, a commercial driver who vanished last week under suspicious circumstances while transporting a shipment of vehicles between Georgia and Florida.
On April 16, 2026, Gonzalez, a CDL driver for a private trucking firm, loaded several vehicles at the Port of Brunswick in Georgia. His scheduled route was a straight shot south to Miami, Florida, for delivery.
