A Florida man won a $25 million top prize playing a scratch-off game. The Florida Lottery recently announced that Lincoln Diaz, of Miami, claimed a $25 million top prize from the $25,000,000 Gold Rush Multiplier scratch-off game.
The Miami-Dade County man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $15,960,000.
