A quick trip to the supermarket paid off in a life-changing way for one Miami resident. Alejandro Morales visited the Florida Lottery’s Miami District Office on January 20 to claim a $2 million top prize from the MONOPOLY SECRET VAULT scratch-off game.

On Wednesday, the Florida lottery said that Morales purchased the lucky $10 ticket at the Winn-Dixie located at 11241 S.W. 40th Street in Miami. Rather than opting for an annuity, he decided to take his winnings as a single, lump-sum payment.
