MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has been issued a citation for refusing to take a test for intoxication after his arrest in Milwaukee on Thursday, July 23, court records show.
Romo was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, first offense, after being stopped while driving south on Interstate 43, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office.
