MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 55-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 64-year-old e-bike rider Friday, July 31.
According to a criminal complaint, Shawn M. Richardson is charged with hit-and-run resulting in death, knowingly operating a motor vehicle without a valid license causing death and felony bail jumping.
