Only a fraction of We Energies customers who lost power in the aftermath of a severe thunderstorm Sunday, Aug. 9, have not gotten it back, as of 5:15 p.m.
Nearly 17,000 customers in southeastern Wisconsin were initially without power as of 12:20 p.m. after a severe thunderstorm rolled through the area.
