MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — CBS 58 News has obtained new surveillance video from a devastating fire in Milwaukee. The video, provided by Milwaukee Public Schools, shows the moment a fire started inside Lincoln Avenue School.
Investigators say the fire was sparked by the extreme heat and cleaning rags tossed in a garbage can.
