FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) — A 32-year-old Kenosha man is facing five charges after prosecutors say he led police on a pursuit reaching 97 mph before crashing in Fox Point and leaving his injured 1-year-old son inside the vehicle.
Steven Pokorny is charged with fleeing an officer causing property damage, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, child neglect causing bodily harm, child abandonment and obstructing an officer. Prosecutors are seeking repeater enhancements on all five charges.
