MILWAUKEE, Wis. – A man is charged with climbing over a bathroom stall in the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and sexually assaulting a stranger.
Station security guards told investigators they found the man assaulting a woman on the bathroom floor. One of the guards then fired a single gunshot that didn’t hit anyone before the man, identified in a criminal complaint as Cephus Johnson, was arrested.
