MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Following a week of flooding for many homeowners in Southeast Wisconsin, a Milwaukee cleaning service business owner says he had double the number of clients compared to a typical week.
Quincy Ferguson is the founder of Ferguson Cleaning Service Milwaukee/Chicago. Ferguson said this past week, he was booked and busy draining basements for clients. He said many clients had ruined carpets and furniture due to flooding.
“It’s been overwhelming, trying to accommodate everybody at one time. I kind of got to pace it out,” Ferguson said. “It’s scary, because a lot of the time the basements are dark, there’s trash everywhere. It’s scary, but you just kind of got to put on your boots and get it done.”…
