There was a large police presence Monday near 15th and Hauser on Milwaukee’s north side. Investigators, police, and Department of Public Works vehicles filled an alleyway as crews focused on the backyard of a property.
The property is the former home of Michael Lock, who lived there in 2007 when he was arrested. Lock, the head of a Milwaukee gang called the Body Snatchers, was eventually convicted of killing two men and burying their bodies under concrete slabs. He is currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole.
