WALWORTH COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) — A We Energies employee was killed while working Thursday, April 30, after being struck by a vehicle in the Town of Troy.
The Walworth County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as a 65-year-old New Berlin man Friday. First responders arrived at the scene near Highway 20 and Townline Road just before 10 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office, after callers reported a vehicle traveling westbound struck a man. Officials say the driver returned to the scene and waited for emergency services to arrive.
