A criminal complaint acquired by Local 5 outlines the human trafficking charge against Briar Maier of Johnson Creek, alleging the crime occurred from October 2024 through February 2025.
Human trafficking is listed as a Class C Felony with the potential for up to 40 years in prison and/or $100,000 in fines, if convicted.
The complaint alleges that a victim met Maier on Snapchat in the Fall of 2024 and that he contacted them to pick them up from a music venue in Milwaukee on October 27, 2024…
