Three people were wounded in three separate shootings across Milwaukee on Sunday, according to police. The victims, who were reported to be 19, 24 and 25 years old, were taken to area hospitals with nonfatal injuries and are expected to survive. Investigators have opened separate probes into each incident and are asking the public for help tracking down suspects.
According to FOX6 News Milwaukee, the first shooting was reported around 3 a.m. near 38th and Fairmount, where a 19-year-old was shot and transported for treatment. The second shooting unfolded shortly before 2 p.m. near 39th and Vliet and left a 24-year-old wounded. Around 7:30 p.m., police say a 25-year-old was shot near 95th and Silver Spring. In that case, investigators say the shooter is known and are still working to locate the person.
